About The Role


Based in Aberdeen and reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales of Cala’s highly desirable new build homes. Using your strong negotiation and influencing skills, you’ll guide customers through the homebuying journey, from initial enquiry to reservation, exchange, and completion, while ensuring all administrative tasks are processed efficiently through our onsite IT systems.


Throughout, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting Cala’s commitment to quality and service.


What you’ll do:

  • Guide customers through our developments, showcasing features and specifications.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
  • Negotiate prices and present our range of incentives.
  • Support customers in selecting extras and making informed decisions.
  • Lead handover meetings to ensure a smooth and positive moving experience.
  • Confidently manage the onsite database and IT systems.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to support the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including NHQB, GDPR, and the Consumer Protection Act.

We’re seeking a confident and motivated individual with proven sales experience, ideally from the housebuilding or premium customer-facing sectors. You’ll be passionate about matching customers with their ideal home, delivering a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to completion.


What you’ll bring:

  • A track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Weekend availability and flexibility.


We’re looking for someone who is resilient, persuasive, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in new homes sales is essential, along with a flair for consultative selling and a genuine passion for helping customers.
