What You Will Do
- Support the team: Handle data entry, organise leads, and assist in preparing proposals for a wide range of projects.
- Be the first point of contact: Answer calls, support client enquiries, and deliver outstanding customer care.
- Collaborate on larger projects: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the sales team to help convert business.
- Drive growth: Use tools such as Monday.com, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to support outreach activity and help build strong client relationships.
- Stay organised: Manage meetings, keep the CRM up to date, and assist with preparing reports to track progress against goals.
- Engage clients: Follow up for reviews, build rapport, and support customer satisfaction from first interaction to project delivery.
- Some experience: Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office-based role.
- Essential skills: Confidence, strong communication and listening skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
- A can-do attitude: You’re motivated, adaptable, and keen to continue learning and developing your skills.
