What You Will Do

• Support the team: Handle data entry, organise leads, and assist in preparing proposals for a wide range of projects.
• Be the first point of contact: Answer calls, support client enquiries, and deliver outstanding customer care.
• Collaborate on larger projects: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the sales team to help convert business.
• Drive growth: Use tools such as Monday.com, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to support outreach activity and help build strong client relationships.
• Stay organised: Manage meetings, keep the CRM up to date, and assist with preparing reports to track progress against goals.
• Engage clients: Follow up for reviews, build rapport, and support customer satisfaction from first interaction to project delivery.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Some experience: Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office-based role.
• Essential skills: Confidence, strong communication and listening skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
