Sales Administrator

Are you organised, detail-focused, and ready to play a key role in supporting a high-performing sales team? We’re looking for an administrator to join our Sales team, In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth processes, timely reporting, and exceptional administrative support to keep everything running at top speed.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the sales management team to streamline operations, manage key processes, and help the team focus on what they do best - delivering value to our customers. Your proactive attitude, multitasking skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the vendor deal registration process
• Take full ownership of the sales renewals process
• Prepare and deliver sales reports as requested by leadership
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance sales support processes
• Provide flexible and ongoing support across all areas of the sales function, adapting to business needs as they evolve

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in the Managed Services or IT Solutions industry
• A natural ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
• Self-motivated and driven, with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, logical approach to tasks
• Calm under pressure, with a hands-on attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to support effective decision-making
