Safe Accompdation Worker - Bank

The Safe Accommodation Worker – Bank role includes providing a range of practical housing and administrative provision within a supported housing environment. You will ensure the efficient running of the refuge/service and work proactively as part of a dedicated and supportive team to deliver a positive and inclusive approach.

Flexibility and reliability to cover shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to quickly adapt to different situations and service users’ needs

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality.

Experience in housing support, domestic abuse services, social care, working with families, and working in a similar settings is desirable.
