As Route Performance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our performance strategy. You’ll:
- Lead with Purpose: Champion punctual, reliable journeys by identifying and resolving service delays.
- Collaborate to Succeed: Work hand-in-hand with frontline teams, Network Rail, and partners to enhance performance.
- Balance Now and Next: Deliver quick wins while shaping long-term, sustainable improvements.
- Drive with Data: Lead performance reviews and turn insights into action.
- Empower Through Expertise: Share your knowledge and use customer feedback to shape smarter strategies.
- Rail Know-How: A solid grasp of railway operations and performance management.
- People-Centered: Skilled in building relationships, influencing outcomes, and driving continuous improvement.
- Clear Communicator: Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, inside and outside the business.
- Insight-Driven: Analytical, curious, and focused on turning data into meaningful results.
- Relevant Experience: A degree or equivalent background in Operations, Engineering, or Business, ideally within transport
