Are you ready for a new and exciting role? Would you like to be a part of the opening of a brand-new nursery? We are recruiting for a Baby Room Leader to join our new nursery in West London.

Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a variety of shifts between 7:30am-6pm.
• Salary: £28,392 - £32,935 dependent on experience.

A Typical Day Includes:

• Working as part of a team to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Caring for all children and ensuring their personal and hygiene needs are met daily.
• Ensuring the children are happy, settled, and content.
• Observing, assessing, and planning for the childrens individual needs, ensuring their development is continuously monitored and creating opportunities for children to progress.
• Keeping up to date with legislation in early education and ensuring all paperwork complies with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Familiarizing yourself with the nursery's policies and procedures and working within these.
• Leading a team, encouraging and raising practice daily.
• Delegating tasks to ensure the smooth running of the room.
• Sharing creative ideas and involving your team in classroom decision-making.
• Forming professional and friendly partnerships with parents and securing bonds with the children.
  
  
  

What We Ask From You:

• A full and relevant Childcare qualification at a minimum of Level 3.
• Previous experience working as a Room Leader is essential.
• Good ICT skills are essential.
• Ability to be a positive role model for your team.
• Effectively lead and manage the staff team in the classrooms.
• Extensive knowledge of the current EYFS, Ofsted, and welfare requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion, motivation, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Adaptability to a fun and inspiring working environment.
• A current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate.
