Wilson & Scott is offering an exciting opportunity to train as a fully qualified Road Marking Operative through a 2-year, paid Specialist applied train via a Specialist Applied-skills Programme — learning on the job while earning a recognised NVQ Level 2 qualification.

What You’ll Do
- Assist experienced crews on live road marking works across the UK.
- Learn to prepare vehicles and equipment for applying road markings safely.
- Work outdoors in varied locations — no two days are the same.
- Learn through on-site training and 4 weeks of classroom training at the RSMA (Gainsborough, Lincolnshire) for your NVQ.
- Competitive pay: Up to £600/week based on progress and bonuses.
- Overtime and night shift pay (18+).
- Fully funded NVQ Level 2 in Road Marking.
- PPE and travel expenses provided.
- Long-term career progression opportunities.
- Under 18? You’ll work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
- 18 or over? You’ll have access to overtime and night shifts.
