You'll collaborate closely with first-line Financial Crime Managers and second-line Legal and Compliance teams on all aspects of KYC and financial crime prevention.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct and analyze KYC/B checks and client screening results.
  • Verify KYC documentation and perform risk assessments for new and existing relationships.
  • Monitor accounts based on risk profiles and investigate AML and transaction alerts.
  • Manage high-risk relationships, including those involving politically exposed persons (PEPs).
  • Review client accounts and perform CDD and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
  • Support the Head of the Risk Assessment Unit in maintaining up-to-date financial crime procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage red flag trigger events, including documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Offboard relationships and process standing data change requests.
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a proactive mentality.
  • Deliver assigned tasks related to Risk Assessment Unit projects.
  • Perform control-related tasks and ensure accurate evidence is maintained.
  • Identify operational risks and propose improvements to reduce exposure.
  • Review and enhance existing controls and procedures to ensure they are effective and fit for purpose.
  • Act as deputy for the Head of the Risk Assessment Unit when required.

What You Bring

  • Strong interest in financial crime prevention, supported by evidence of proactive learning and development.
  • Familiarity with CSD operating models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with confidence and professionalism.
