The role

You’ll support in delivering the Reward, Recognition & Wellbeing strategies by providing administration, event co-ordination, industry research, and comms support to the Reward team. This will include triage and allocation of the Reward & Wellbeing mailbox queries; admin of the monthly job evaluation panels; delivering against the monthly tactical wellbeing plan by writing comms, organising events, co-ordinating with Wellbeing Champions at each Airport; working with the Internal Comms team and Reward team to create high quality and impactful comms for our intranet; co-ordinating events such as benefit promotions, flu clinics, group-wide wellbeing events and wellbeing training; supporting with research on best practice; creating and managing a central mechanism to record invoices and out of cycle recognition awards and identifying opportunities for continual improvement of all key processes.


What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll have previous admin experience, be highly organised, the ability to manage a busy workload and manage several things at once, alongside an attention to detail and an understanding of the need for confidentiality. You’ll have basic data analysis skills with the ability to interpret basic Reward & Wellbeing data and present findings in an engaging and accessible way. You’ll also have intermediate skills in MS Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, MS forms). You’ll have experience of working within a large organisation and engaging with a range of stakeholders, including the People team, internal business stakeholders and external providers.
