Stats Perform is looking for an Reward Analyst to play a key part in the Reward and HR Systems team. The successful Reward Analyst will be required to take a lead role ensuring the timely delivery of our processes whilst providing help and advice to other team members on topics relating to Reward that arise amongst your stakeholders, relating to compensation, job evaluation, bonus programmes and reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to expand and develop their Reward experience.
This is a hybrid position in London, UK or our office locations in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Assisting and support the Reward Manager and Global Benefits Manager with executing on Reward practices and strategies within a timely and efficient manner
- Creating. Maintaining and updating relevant Reward Policies, procedures and forms as required
- Assisting with activities surrounding key legislative changes, such as pension auto enrolment – in conjunction with the wider HR and Payroll teams
- Responsible for producing and distributing weekly and monthly reporting
- Carry out job evaluations and provide input and support to other HR colleagues and job-sizing, as and when required
- Responsible for completion of compensation and benefit surveys
- Assist in acquiring job benchmark data to ensure we remain market competitive
- Experience in a similar role working for a global organisation
- Prior experience with databases/HR systems
- Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritise critical activities within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Enthusiastic about HR Reward initiatives and what it can deliver
- Understanding of reward practices
- Experience conducting job benchmarking and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Key focus on customer service
- Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced level) and Power BI
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR or Reward role
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced Media and/or Technology organisation would be advantageous.
