Revenue Support Officer

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring all Pay & Display machines are checked and maintained in line with the daily schedule
• Responding to all first line maintenance calls from the public in a timely manner
• Ensuring all faults are fixed at first line maintenance level
• Reporting all faulty machines in line with protocol
• Escalating faulty machines to second line maintenance team if unable to fix by first line maintenance team
• Replacing batteries on P & D machines when necessary
• Erecting and remove suspension labels as per daily schedule
• Completing daily maintenance task on a spreadsheet online
• Reporting all P & D machines with failed cash collection on a regular basis
