Retail Activation Manager

We’re hiring an Own Retail Activation Manager based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The key objective of this role is to orchestrate in-store experiences, visual merchandising, and local partnerships to drive traffic, improve conversion, and enhance store performance through strategic activations. This role works across our Experience Centres in both Great Britain and Ireland therefore travel will be required in this role.

In your new role…

You will identify opportunities to maximise sales out through a comprehensive quarterly and annual consumer marketing plan. Combining category plans, retailer calendars, promotional execution and brand planning whilst utilising consumer and category insight to strengthen Miele’s presence at point of purchase; online and in store.

You’ll be responsible for having a clear understanding of retail dynamics and communicating that internally to allow us to continuously advance and focus our marketing efforts to improve both profitability and revenue growth whilst maximising marketing investment for Direct Sales.

You’ll need previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a retail organisation where you can strengthen the expertise within the business. A strong influencer, you will leverage relationships both internally and externally to build and execute marketing strategies, review performance and make recommendations for future activities based on data and insight.

You’ll join us at our Abingdon HQ, working with the Direct Sales team. You’ll work in a hybrid role, as well as travelling when required to the portfolio of current and future Miele Experience centres.
