Experience We Value
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior manager in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, sales growth, and cost
- control.
- Passion for hospitality with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to make effective real-time decisions.
- Commitment to upholding health & safety and food safety standards.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
