What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional and experienced Resourcing Specialist to join our growing Resourcing team. As a Resourcing Specialist you will support the Resourcing Manager to provide excellence in the end-to-end resourcing process (360) which will require excellent organisational and time management skills as well as being system savvy to use all the appropriate tools available to you.
Your role will include anything from developing brand and attraction campaigns including compelling copy writing, effective talent pipelining, succession planning, sourcing and selection of suitable candidates. You will arrange interviews, send confirmations and process RTW and offer paperwork and further support with onboarding the successful candidate into the business.
Key Responsibilities As a Resourcing Specialist Will Be To
Supporting the sourcing of candidates for all roles, from Blue Collar to White Collar in all sites.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure that for any roles there is a robust planning process which captures the need, the sourcing plan, selection approach and clarifies the roles of key parties during the recruitment and selection process.
Deliver against KPIs of time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience, each routinely tracked and reported against.
Lead and/or support (as appropriate) the co-ordination of any recruitment campaigns and recruitment drives as required.
Accountable for briefing 3rd parties on roles and ensuring the business received a high-quality service from them.
Work with the Resourcing Manager to provide specialist advice and guidance to managers on the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for a role, assisting with the sourcing, development or creation of specialist exercises or tests where required and the ongoing development and contribution towards a Company suite of selection tools.
Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Resourcing Specialist will include:
Proven In-House/agency recruitment resourcing experience.
Effective sourcing understanding and capability; experience of fully utilising ATS system(s), proven track record in utilising creative and effective ways to source and engage the calibre of candidates we wish to attract directly.
Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques.
Confidence, organisation and interpersonal skills to be able to approach passive candidates, hiring managers and any customer alike.
Strong Influencing, facilitation and coaching skills with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Customer focused with a collaborative approach.
Natural sales and marketing flair.
Highly organised with effective time management.
