  • You will build engagement teams that comprise the optimum mix of UK based staff, SDCs, contractors and other PwC territories.
  • You will provide strategic workforce planning advice to the leadership ensuring maximum margins are delivered. You will help reconcile historic trends with emerging demand to help articulate future skills needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing regular updates to BU leadership, Portfolio Managers, and SDC leadership on risks, concerns and challenges.
  • You will refine and develop existing X-Tax processes and ways of working with SDCs to help shape and develop our Engagement Architecture proposition and seek opportunities to share learnings across Tax with RM colleagues as well as in different teams and XLOS. You will oversee Mid-Month and Month-End Utilisation Reporting on CT, PCC and ITX Pillars with support from the Resource Officer.

This Role Is For You If

  • You are committed to personal and team development, seeking challenges and opportunities that stretch the team and provide an engaging work environment.
