For the role of Resourcing Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that you conduct administration duties for the Resourcing Team members as required which focus on giving the candidates, customers and Hiring Managers a positive experience.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
For the role of Resourcing Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that you conduct administration duties for the Resourcing Team members as required which focus on giving the candidates, customers and Hiring Managers a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assigning live vacancies for UKI to the correct regions and recruiters & raising/uploading all global vacancies
- Manager our authorisations queue for all vacancies and processed monthly report
- Managing all recruitment admin processes effectively and promptly
- Create, manage and maintain trackers/ documents for all admin processes
- Manage our internal recruitment system as a super user and provide first-line support and system expertise for the Resourcing Team
- Work closely with other members of the resourcing admin and wider team to maximize overall effectiveness
- Create and send out the weekly bulletin to a large distribution list
- Support with auditing for all regional and functional teams
- Maintain the shared mail inbox daily and respond to all requests within 24 hours
- Take and manage all incoming calls into the resourcing centre, providing 1st class support to candidates, Hiring Managers and the wider business
- Support ad hoc requests from the wider team, including creating flyers on our branded hub and raising POs
- Provide support with Resourcing & Marketing related reports, using our reporting tool and ATS
- Maintain team supplies and coordinate deliveries.
- Manage customer complaints & resolutions effectively to ensure any issues are resolved promptly
- Generate psychometric reports using DHL's preferred supplier as directed by the relevant recruitment teams
- Support with any reasonable ad-hoc requests from senior management and the wider team
- Liaise with Hiring Managers, People Services and HR Business Partners across the business
- Support Ad-Hoc Project & system training Support
- Business Partner with our Regional teams to help build better working relations and work collaboratively together to help improve overall working priorities between both teams
- Excellent organisational skills. The ability to prioritise, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy is essential to manage workloads and respond to deadlines in a busy and demanding environment.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tenacious with a can-do attitude and the ability to work alone
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across the business
- Experience in an admin or project role with an appreciation for the importance of resourcing
- Experience of admin within a recruitment and selection environment (Desirable)
- Online recruitment experience including use of job boards (Desirable)
