Due to an internal transfer, we have an opportunity to join the Resource Planning Team as a Resource Planning Analyst. This role is essential in ensuring the optimisation of our contact centres by managing the schedules for our consultants across our brands and locations.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Job Accountabilities
- Utilise Work Force Management and Telephony Systems (Genesys) to provide accurate reporting and create robust staff schedules
- Absence and activity management
- Analyse the schedule efficiency to ensure optimum solutions through working with and managing offline activities and workloads
- Run effective review meetings to communicate the schedule plan to the Head of Planning and Planning Manager
- Contribute to scheduling meetings with managers in the contact centres
- Maintenance of WFO estate
- Manage Resource Planning inbox
- Produce ad-hoc reports
- IT literate with a good working knowledge in Excel & other MS platforms and in-house systems
- Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role is desirable or a good understanding of Workforce management systems
- Able to analyse data and make valuable business decisions
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
