Resource Planning Analyst

dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Netflights, Travelbag and Travel Republic.
Due to an internal transfer, we have an opportunity to join the Resource Planning Team as a Resource Planning Analyst at our office in Leyland, Lancashire. This role is essential in ensuring the optimisation of our contact centres by managing the schedules for our consultants across our brands and locations.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Job Accountabilities
- Utilise Work Force Management and Telephony Systems (Genesys) to provide accurate reporting and create robust staff schedules
- Absence and activity management
- Analyse the schedule efficiency to ensure optimum solutions through working with and managing offline activities and workloads
- Run effective review meetings to communicate the schedule plan to the Head of Planning and Planning Manager
- Contribute to scheduling meetings with managers in the contact centres
- Maintenance of WFO estate
- Manage Resource Planning inbox
- Produce ad-hoc reports
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- IT literate with a good working knowledge in Excel & other MS platforms and in-house systems
- Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role is desirable or a good understanding of Workforce management systems
- Able to analyse data and make valuable business decisions
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer focused
- Numerate
- Great time management skills
