Our Children’s Home in Leyland are recruiting for Residential Support Workers now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them.

As a member of our residential care team, you will strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives. This could be in the form of helping the young person at school, accompanying them to take part in an activity (walking, horse riding, trampolining, Duke of Edinburgh etc.) or simply assisting them in completion of general daily tasks, including morning and night time routines.

As long as you can demonstrate the values needed for a role within residential childcare, we will give you all the training and support you need to become a qualified Residential Support Worker.

Aspris is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references which cover the last 3 years; for all our services we will request references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our Schools.
