We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual with a solid background in Residential Property law.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Residential Property team lawyers.
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications.
  • Assisting with file management, document filing, and compliance procedures.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential property law.
  • Excellent typing and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • A team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across the department when needed.
