About The Role

Based at The Point in Aberdeen, this full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming, community-driven environment. You’ll be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Senior Resident Services Associate in managing day-to-day operations across our award-winning Build to Rent development.

From greeting residents and assisting with move-ins to maintaining exceptional standards throughout the building, this role puts you at the heart of a vibrant, modern living community where no two days are the same.

Working Pattern

20 hours across 7 days, flexible shifts between 7am to 7pm (to be discussed at interview)

What You Will Do

  • Deliver first-class customer service to residents and visitors
  • Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move-ins, and check-outs
  • Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings
  • Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access
  • Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support resident events and community engagement activities
  • Keep communal areas and available apartments presented to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required
  • Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times


What You Will Have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
  • Strong understanding of on-site health and safety requirements
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • A proactive, positive, and professional approach
  • ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training can be provided)
