About The Role
NG Bailey Facilities Services is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Reigate. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance (PPM) across a commercial site, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Call-Out Rota: 1 week in 3 (with standby payment).
Key Responsibilities
- Fault finding & repair of electrical and mechanical plant & equipment.
- Diagnosing & rectifying faults while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment to current standards.
- Accurate reporting of completed work.
- Comfortable using computers and PDAs for job logging.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality building services in a commercial environment.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a maintenance discipline
- Experience in electrical maintenance within the commercial sector
- UK Driving License
- 18th Edition Certification (preferred but not essential)
