About The Role

NG Bailey Facilities Services is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Reigate. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance (PPM) across a commercial site, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Call-Out Rota: 1 week in 3 (with standby payment).

Key Responsibilities

• Fault finding & repair of electrical and mechanical plant & equipment.
• Diagnosing & rectifying faults while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment to current standards.
• Accurate reporting of completed work.
• Comfortable using computers and PDAs for job logging.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality building services in a commercial environment.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a maintenance discipline
• Experience in electrical maintenance within the commercial sector
• UK Driving License
• 18th Edition Certification (preferred but not essential)
