We cover Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, using the latest technology to support both our customers and our colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in logistical planning or a similar scheduling environment

· A proactive, organised approach with strong time management

· A passion for excellent customer service, with empathy and care at the heart of what you do

· Confidence to own problems and see them through to resolution

· Knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance is a bonus – but not essential

· Strong communication and IT skills
