Our GuestHouse family is growing! Due to increased demand, we are now looking to recruit a superstar Reservations Coordinator to join our Central Reservation team based in the bustling Lanes area of Brighton.

The Job

Role

The role of Reservations Coordinator maximises revenue and guest experience through great pre stay communication, ensuring that the guests reservation details provide the team with everything they need to make sure the guests have a perfect stay! The role includes (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with reservations (bedrooms, restaurant and spa) queries via email or on the phone
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Providing rates for enquiries (single and group reservations)
  • Working closely with our Front of House Managers and General Managers to agree corporate rates and communicating guest requests
  • Effective allocation of guest bedrooms, by understanding the guests needs/requests
  • Support our Head Office Finance team, by ensuring all accounts are paid on time

Please note, this is a full-time role (40 hours) which will include working weekends on a shift rota basis (minimum of one full weekend per month).

  • Be flexible: able to support with 7 Day cover. Our operational hours are as follows (with each shift being 8 hours).
    • Monday – Friday 8am – 6.00pm
    • Saturday - Sunday 9.00am – 5.30pm

Salary: £26,000 per annum (plus sales/incentive bonus)
