- Conduct initial qualitative and quantitative assessments to prioritise prospects for detailed diligence
- Support origination efforts across target sectors and geographies
-> Due diligence & valuation analysis
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (cap table, DCF, LBO, and sensitivity analysis) to underpin valuation and return scenarios
- Analyse unit economics, capital-efficiency metrics, exit pathways, and downside protections
- Coordinate data-room reviews and prepare focused diligence checklists
- Conduct comparable company analysis and precedent transaction research
-> Research & thematic coverage
- Produce institutional-grade sector primers, competitor landscapes, and market-sizing analyses
- Monitor regulatory developments and macro drivers impacting portfolio exposures
- Develop industry expertise across key verticals including fintech, healthtech, and enterprise software
-> Investment committee materials
- Draft concise investment memoranda, risk-factor summaries, and recommendation decks for IC approval
- Articulate key value-creation levers, valuation comparables, and deal-structure considerations
- Support senior team members in investment committee presentations
-> Portfolio monitoring & reporting
- Update quarterly valuation marks and contribute to performance-attribution reports
- Track operating KPIs, financing events, and corporate actions; escalate material deviations from base-case assumptions
- Assist in preparing portfolio company board materials and investor updates
-> Research publications & client communications
- Generate high-quality factsheets, market updates, and thought-leadership pieces for LPs and platform users
- Ensure all external materials meet brand, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Support client conferences and investor events
