About The Role
We are looking for skilled administrators to join our Reports teams. Successful candidates will be invited to our ‘meet the team’ recruitment event on Wednesday 13th August.

About The Role
We are looking for skilled administrators to join our Reports teams. Successful candidates will be invited to our ‘meet the team’ recruitment event on Wednesday 13th August.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Clinic cash-up including:
- Extracting assessment information and updating the patient record system.
- Ensuring clinicians have completed outcome, risk, and clinical summary notes.
- Moving patient through care pathway.
- Ensuring onwards referrals are actioned (or sat in correct care pathway stage).
- Escalating any issues to contract coordinator.
- Claim agreed number of patient reports per day to keep on top of key performance indicators (KPIs) and finalise the report process.
- Ensure clinicians send their dictations or typed reports following clinics as per KPI’s.
- Upload dictations to dictation software using appropriate template.
- Download typed reports from dictation software.
- Format reports in line with quality standards and conducting spelling, grammar checks.
- Escalate any issues with reports to appropriate clinician e.g. inaudible dictation, recommendation queries.
- Escalate issues regarding report turn-around time to contract coordinators.
- Work to ensure reports delivered within appropriate KPI as per contract obligations.
- Support with audits against KPIs in collaboration with contract coordinators.
- Input data on to spreadsheets where required.
- Respond to emails in the assessment reports inbox.
- Keep standard operating procedures up-to-date.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, clinical systems, and strong report formatting and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with clinicians and contract coordinators effectively.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues, ensure accuracy in reports, and proactively address challenges.
- Experience in KPI tracking, audits, compliance processes, and familiarity with clinical terminology and electronic patient record systems.
