We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Junction One Retail Park, Rugby!

This is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.

About The Role

As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

You Will Also

  • Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards & ways of working
  • Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
  • Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance

It Is Essential That Applicants Have The Following

  • Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail, hospitality or logistics environment
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to think on your feet
  • A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • A strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI’s
