Position:

We are looking for a Team Manager to lead and support a team of trade operatives, cleaners and gardeners (depending on area) to deliver an effective and customer-focused service across repairs, maintenance, voids, cleaning and grounds maintenance.

- Proven leadership experience, ideally within trades, property maintenance or facilities services.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent people management and coaching skills.
- The ability to deliver high standards of service through effective planning, problem-solving and teamwork.
