Repairs Supervisor (Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, £38854.40 - £40643.20 per annum)

Position:

Are you an experienced people manager with a background in property services, maintenance or facilities? Do you have the skills to inspire and lead a team to deliver high-quality services to customers? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Team Manager to lead and support a team of trade operatives, cleaners and gardeners (depending on area) to deliver an effective and customer-focused service across repairs, maintenance, voids, cleaning and grounds maintenance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, managing and developing your team to ensure continuous improvement and high standards of work.
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all operatives work safely and comply with legislation.
• Providing technical advice, mentoring and day-to-day support.
• Driving service excellence and ensuring customers receive a reliable and professional service.

• Proven leadership experience, ideally within trades, property maintenance or facilities services.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
