What You’ll Do
- Lead repairs and maintenance services to deliver our customer promise
- Manage internal trades and subcontractors to hit KPI’s and quality standards
- Drive health and safety compliance across all teams and contractors
- Control budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective services
- Engage customers and communities so their voice shapes every decision

You have
- A level 4 construction qualification or equivalent experience
- A relevant health and safety qualification and CDM knowledge
- Experience leading repairs teams through change and improvement
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
- Confidence to challenge, coach and inspire brilliant performance.

The practical bits
- We typically work on a hybrid basis currently with 2 days per week in our Durhan office with the rest from home
- You’ll work Monday to Friday
- We work between the hours of 08:30 to 16:30
- You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
