Who we are:

WAKE is not just another Amazon agency. We’re here to help brands unlock Amazon’s full potential by taking a brand-first, data-driven approach.

Unlike traditional agencies that focus solely on advertising or operations, we combine deep marketplace expertise with cutting-edge creative execution, ensuring brands not only perform commercially but also stand out visually in an increasingly crowded space.

One of the things that sets WAKE apart is our dedicated content department—a mini creative agency within an Amazon agency. This means that we don’t just optimise product pages; we craft compelling brand stories that resonate with consumers and drive conversions.

Our team includes Amazon insiders, category specialists, and world-class creative talent. We work with brands across numerous categories, helping them navigate Amazon’s complexities and turn it into a high-performing, brand-enhancing channel.

At WAKE, branding and conversion go hand in hand. Every creative asset—whether it’s A+ content, Amazon storefronts, or advertising visuals—is designed to not only look great but deliver commercial results.

Amazon has become one of the most powerful brand-building ecom channels in the world—but only for those who do it right.

As a Graphic Designer at WAKE, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ brands not only look incredible on Amazon but also perform at the highest level.

You’ll be working closely with content strategists, Amazon experts, and brand managers, ensuring that every asset—from infographics to storefronts—tells a compelling story while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Amazon Storefront Design: Creating visually engaging, conversion-optimised storefronts that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the customer journey.

+ A+ Content Creation: Developing high-impact A+ content, including infographics, lifestyle imagery, and enhanced product visuals to improve product pages and increase conversion rates.

+ Image Optimisation: Designing scroll-stopping main images and infographics, ensuring they effectively communicate product benefits and stand out in search results.

Cross-Market Localisation: Adapting and optimising content for international markets, ensuring brand consistency while resonating with local audiences.

+ Amazon Guidelines Compliance: Ensuring that all content meets Amazon’s latest creative guidelines and best practices for maximum impact.

+ Company Branding & Collateral: Supporting WAKE’s growth by designing eye-catching visuals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our expertise.

About you:

+ At least 2 years of experience in Amazon content design and eCommerce creative.

+ Knowledge of Amazon Advertising creative formats.

+ High level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.

+ Strong understanding of Amazon content best practices and visual optimisation strategies.

+ Strong project management skills and ability to work to deadlines.

+ Ability to work effectively with a remote team.

+ A creative mindset and a passion for pushing design boundaries.

+ Understanding and adherence to brand guidelines.

+ Experience of video editing is a bonus but not essential.

What’s on offer:

+ Competitive compensation, based on experience.

+ UK-based remote role with regular meet-ups in London (including travel reimbursement).

+ Equipment allowance.

+ Hot-desking options (depending on availability in your area).

+ Company pension scheme.

+ Employee perks and professional development.

+ High-trust environment with autonomy and creative freedom.

+ Access to cutting-edge training, resources, and technology.

+ Rapid progression opportunities.
