- At least 5 years in frontend or full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript (React Native and Node.js is a plus).
- Proven high-performance mindset with a top 10% track record.
- Interest in crypto/DeFi (prior experience not necessary).
- Comfortable working in remote, async-first environments.
- Develop and scale the company's crypto wallet product.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to implement features.
- Influence architecture decisions and enhance our codebase and engineering practices.
