Job Description
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations. You’ll work closely with the finance team to process transactions, manage records, and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets
- Assist with invoicing, accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts
- Support month-end and year-end financial procedures
- Liaise with suppliers and resolve invoice queries
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in a finance or administration role
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Must be based in the UK
