Busy Bees Kettering Queen of Hearts is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 81, supported by a passionate team that has developed a curriculum designed to help children thrive. The nursery organizes monthly visits to a local care home with preschool children, fostering community connections. Conveniently located near the A14, it's just a 10-minute walk from town with a bus stop right outside. Employees benefit from free parking.

- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
- Level 3 qualification in early years education.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
