Join our outstanding team at Busy Bees in Chelmsford Springfield, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a capacity of 154 children. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment that values collaboration and growth among our staff. Our nursery is easily accessible, with a bus service linking the city center just a two-minute walk from the nearest stop, and a 15-minute walk from Chelmsford city center. Located on a main road, we offer ample free parking on-site for our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in early childhood education within a nurturing and vibrant community.

- No formal qualifications required, although prior experience in early years settings is beneficial.
