A leading food manufacturer are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their engineering team,with a commitment to investing in people and cutting-edge technology, this company offers an inspiring work environment where your skills and ideas will truly make a difference.

As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and ensuring the reliability of state-of-the-art equipment in one of the UK's most advanced food manufacturing facilities.

Monday to Friday - Days based role.

What You Will Do:

- Take ownership of engineering reliability within your designated area, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency.

- Monitor and analyse equipment downtime to identify trends and implement continuous improvement projects.

- Develop and oversee a robust planned maintenance regime to maintain equipment reliability and compliance.

- Collaborate with on-shift engineers, suppliers, and contractors to resolve complex equipment challenges.

- Lead installation and capital projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.

- Produce and present downtime data at weekly meetings, driving accountability and improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

- A recognised engineering qualification (Level 3 or above), with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.

- Experience in an engineering maintenance environment, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements.

- Proficiency in IT systems, with knowledge of CMMS systems and CAD being advantageous.

- A self-motivated attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of an advanced manufacturing site, contributing to the company's reputation as a trusted leader in fresh food production. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality products to major supermarkets and restaurants across the UK, while also supporting sustainability and innovation within the industry.
