This is an exciting opportunity to join the EA’s Chief Regulator’s Group as a Regulatory Resilience Senior Advisor and be part of a friendly dispersed team helping to ensure our regulation is proportionate, accountable, consistent, transparent, and targeted.
As the Regulatory Resilience Senior Advisor, you will lead and support work to set the standards for our compliance work, to provide the appropriate guidance to our regulatory teams and to support a culture of continuous improvement.

The team
You’ll join our dispersed Regulatory Resilience team, part of the Chief Regulator Group within the EA’s Environment and Business Directorate (E&B). We lead on delivering continuous improvements for regulation. We work with a wide range of EA teams across the country.
In E&B we promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture where everyone feels valued. We use evidence, expertise, engagement, and innovation to enhance and support delivery, influence policy, legislation, and secure resources.
