Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Person to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products comply with all applicable regulations and standards. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively. The Regulatory Assistant will be responsible for maintaining compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain product formulas via the formula maintenance system.
  • Liaise day to day with suppliers to obtain documentation.
  • Coordinate information gathering from suppliers for business in the UK and export

markets such as Europe.

  • Support our Amazon business by checking images before listings become live.
  • Check UK artwork against preset checklists and internal formula sheets.
  • Obtain answers to consumer enquiries from the Regulatory Team and coordinate

feedback to Customer Services.

  • Support Import & Export Logistics by providing commodity codes and advice regarding

which products are of animal origin and which are composites of vegetable and animal

material.

  • Any other Regulatory task that is required.

Qualifications And Experience Required

  • Pharmaceutical, Science or Food Science university degree. (but not essential)
  • Fluent English.
  • Able to focus on details and with speed.
  • Self-starter, able to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a logical, methodical approach.
  • Project management skills preferred.

Working Hours

09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
