OOH Night Registered Veterinary Nurse – MiNightVet Bristol – Salary from £28,500 FTE depending on experience

Here at MiNightVet Bristol we are looking for an OOH Veterinary Nurse to join our current night team!

Our RCVS registered Tier 3 hospital is equipped with high tech, specialised facilities enabling our clinicians to deliver rapid response treatment.

The role would comprise of a 4 nights on, 7 nights off, 3 nights on, 7 nights off rota. Shift times are from 7:30pm to 8:30am alongside a dedicated team which includes another OOH RVN, a full time overnight Vet, a twilight Vet, two Patient Care Assistants.

This role would suit an experienced and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent communication and organisation skills who can deliver high quality care to emergency and critical patients. The hospital is commutable from locations such as Bristol, Keynsham, Whitchurch, Nailsea, Blackwell, and surrounding locations.

Duties To Include

  • Delivering emergency care to patients
  • Prepping patients and theatres for surgery
  • Caring for exotics patients as well as small animals across wards
  • Triaging clients over the phone and in-person
