The Role
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents with diverse mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities
Dual Registration Bonus
If you are dual registered with the NMC as both a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and an RMN, you will receive an additional bonus in recognition of your expanded clinical capabilities and versatility across nursing disciplines.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents with diverse mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care aligned with individual care plans
- Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments
- Monitor mental and physical health, administer medications, and support recovery-focused care
- Collaborate with the wider care team, families, GPs, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Promote independence, inclusion, and dignity at all times
- Ensure adherence to CQC standards, company policies, and best clinical practice
- Contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives within the home
- Current NMC registration as an RMN (essential)
- Experience working with older people, dementia, or complex mental health conditions is desirable
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient nature
