Join us as a Registered Manager to lead Evaro’s CQC-registered healthcare operations. You’ll ensure our digital clinical services are safe, compliant, and patient-centred - while driving innovation and operational excellence.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, pharmacists, and directors.
Location: Fully remote (UK-based) with regular visits to our Norwich office.

Join us as a Registered Manager to lead Evaro’s CQC-registered healthcare operations. You’ll ensure our digital clinical services are safe, compliant, and patient-centred - while driving innovation and operational excellence.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, pharmacists, and directors.
Location: Fully remote (UK-based) with regular visits to our Norwich office.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant healthcare services in line with CQC standards.
- Oversee governance, quality assurance, and safeguarding systems.
- Manage CQC registration and inspection readiness.
- Support and supervise clinicians, pharmacists, and nurses across our digital pathways.
- Promote a culture of patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
- GMC-registered doctor, GPhC-registered pharmacist, or NMC-registered nurse with prescribing rights
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and healthcare governance
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience (or strong interest) in digital healthcare
