Join us as a Registered Manager to lead Evaro’s CQC-registered healthcare operations. You’ll ensure our digital clinical services are safe, compliant, and patient-centred - while driving innovation and operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, pharmacists, and directors.

Location: Fully remote (UK-based) with regular visits to our Norwich office.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant healthcare services in line with CQC standards.
  • Oversee governance, quality assurance, and safeguarding systems.
  • Manage CQC registration and inspection readiness.
  • Support and supervise clinicians, pharmacists, and nurses across our digital pathways.
  • Promote a culture of patient-centred care and continuous improvement.

About you

  • GMC-registered doctor, GPhC-registered pharmacist, or NMC-registered nurse with prescribing rights
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and healthcare governance
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Experience (or strong interest) in digital healthcare
