We’re Seeking a Transformational Leader Who Can
- Inspire and Support Home Managers and teams to embrace a culture of accountability and autonomy.
- Shape the future of residential care and nursing services by contributing to our strategic direction.
- Ensure services are safe, effective, and exceed expectations, meeting CQC standards and embodying our vision: Communities where everyone has a vibrant and fulfilling life.
- Salary: Up to £75k per annum
- Active NMC Pin is required
- Work Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
- Holidays: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata).
