Our solutions bridge the gap through the provision of risk based integrated security solutions, deployed through our unique ASEL Risk Modelling approach specifically designed for urban centres.
Main responsibilities:
A key operational colleague reporting into a Zone Ops Manager. The Regional Support Manager (RSM) will manage and co-ordinate all operational guarding activities within their Region, contained inside a wider security geographical zone.
You will provide an effective and efficient working environment where industry leading operational performance is delivered. Working as one of the guarding management team to deliver the company vision, strong operational performance, and change, by ensuring success through a customer focused high performing collaborative environment.

The person:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational role within a sizeable security-based environment (customer or supplier side)
- Entrepreneurial and results oriented, with experience working in a fast-paced dynamic team
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks; proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to exercise excellent decision-making judgement while working in a fluid and fast paced environment
- Able to work collaboratively at a mi-management level with leadership team, direct reports and internal / external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
