We are looking for a Regional Support Administrator to join our Service team in Keighley.
This role is responsible for providing general administrative support for our Lifts and Escalators business and will cover Ireland and London & South regions.

This role is responsible for providing general administrative support for our Lifts and Escalators business and will cover Ireland and London & South regions.
Key activities:
- Create jobs in SAP and send details to engineers and book engineers on site.
- Insurance – Immediate Defects (creating the jobs & sending to the engineers).
- Manage and make copies of documents.
- Make checks of Not-On-Contract (NOC) cases, ensuring correct customer charges.
- Create requisitions against cost centres, tools, equipment, uniforms etc.
- Request and manage customer reports.
- Manage and update Customer Portals.
- General administrative support to internal teams (ASM’s/Engineers, Operational Manager & Sales teams).
- Ad hoc admin duties.
- Previous customer service/office/administrative experience is essential.
- Good Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Manage and resolve any queries.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience of work in SAP, Salesforce is desirable.
