Regional Sales Manager – NSS Group
£40,000 - £45,000 + £6,000 car allowance + commission
Flexible location (frequent UK travel required)

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to deliver new business growth and develop key client accounts, helping us continue to expand our nationwide presence.
Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to deliver new business growth and develop key client accounts, helping us continue to expand our nationwide presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver new business revenue and manage existing regional accounts to drive growth
- Build strong, multi-level client relationships to unlock additional opportunities
- Prepare and present bids, proposals, and tenders with support from our Sales team
- Accurately report on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts via CRM
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within Facilities Services or similar complex service industries
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to create solutions for client needs
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and confident working across multiple client levels
- Comfortable with regular travel and flexible working
