Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Are you passionate about maintaining and improving care standards? We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a regional role, supporting a portfolio of care homes across Scotland and the North East of England.

Are you passionate about maintaining and improving care standards? We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a regional role, supporting a portfolio of care homes across Scotland and the North East of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance agenda across multiple homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Work closely with home managers to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct audits, monitor quality metrics, and provide actionable feedback to ensure outstanding care outcomes.
- Support homes in achieving high ratings from the Care Inspectorate and CQC.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute quality improvement plans and strategies.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the healthcare or care home sector.
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate, CQC, and local authority requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence positive change.
- Ability to travel regionally and work flexibly across different locations.
- Clinical background (preferred but not essential).
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000
- £5,000 car allowance
- Up to 20% performance-related bonus
