Regional Leasing Consultant – Build-to-Rent | Essex, Kent and Cambridgeshire

At Dandara Living, we’re redefining modern living through exceptional Build-to-Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), and Single-Family Homes (SFH). We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Regional Leasing consultant to support leasing operations across our expanding UK portfolio.
About The Role
This is a mobile and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll support the implementation of our national leasing strategy, assist onsite teams, and ensure a consistently outstanding resident experience.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting the delivery of the Dandara Living leasing strategy across both existing and upcoming developments.
Providing hands-on training, coaching, and guidance to leasing and site teams.
Managing complaints and queries, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Staying current with updates to leasing software, sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Collaborating with Central and Portfolio Leasing Managers to improve leasing performance and drive compliance.
Acting as the senior leasing lead in the absence of Assistant Managers onsite.
Conducting property viewings and processing tenancy applications in line with company standards.
Supporting onsite teams with resident events, open days, and community engagement.
Operating across a diverse portfolio of BTR, PBSA, and SFH, primarily in the East of England, with occasional national travel.
Key Responsibilities
Stay informed of all relevant legislation changes affecting the sector.
Act as a senior support contact for both site and central teams, guiding leasing activities.
Assist with smooth communication between centralised teams and site operations.
Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform leasing strategy.
Contribute to setting and reviewing Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) to ensure optimal pricing across assets.
Commit to professional development, including working towards (or holding) ARLA Level 4 qualification (minimum).
