Join us as a Regional Development Manager

  • You’ll be making sure that our customers receive the most appropriate HR, Employment Law or Health & Safety solutions to meet their needs

What you'll do

This is a dedicated sales and business development role where you will work closely with your internal Business Commercial and Corporate Relationship Manager bank colleagues at a senior level, you’ll provide training and product awareness coaching to teams, equipping them with the right level of knowledge, and enabling them to identify customer needs to then introduce these bank customers to you. We’ll look to you to promote and sell the Mentor service B2B and onboard these newly introduced customers to Mentor, delivering sustainable new business income objectives for the Mentor business.

Your key duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships to support the generation of quality lead referrals
  • Delivering a balanced range of services sold to make sure the wider needs of our customers are met in an appropriate manner
  • Making sure accurate and timely feedback is provided to all lead providers


The skills you'll need

You’ll have previous experience in a B2B customer sales role and be skilled at self-generating new business opportunities through an effective strong collaborative approach with colleagues. You’ll also need to have strong analytical skills to assess sales management MI and identify trends and potential solutions.

We’ll also want to see:

  • A tenacious results focussed approach to meeting business income objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective planning and organisation skills
  • The ability to work on own your initiative
