Pay and Benefits:

  • A starting salary of £27,955, moving to £36,261 after 3 years  along with an annual company bonus scheme

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 (office based role)
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00 - Over time available (paid at time and a half) or a day in lieu (subject to availability)
  • Opportunities to visit your dealers once a quarter

What will you be doing?

  • Selling First Response and building relationships with dealers (predominantly via phone with the addition of WhatsApp) to win business for FRF.
  • Managing a geographical territory of dealer partners with the view of supporting the wider dealer direct goal of achieving 1,500 proposing dealers per month.
  • Working closely with all other areas of the business. In particular:
    • The Marketing team, who you will work alongside to prospect dealers.
    • The Underwriting teams to feedback on our product.
  • Commit to feeding back market intelligence into the business and ensuring we take appropriate action to ensure we remain relevant in our market.
  • Endeavour to ensure our dealer partners observe the correct standards of market conduct and treat our mutual customers fairly.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to both our dealer partners and customers on outbound and inbound communications.

What skills are we looking for in you?

  • Someone who is highly motivated and self starting with a strong desire for results.
  • An active listener and effective communicator via all means presented to you.
  • Able to build strong business relationships with a variety of different personality types with a focus on quality service.
  • Can identify and deal with any conflicts positively and objectively.
  • Being up to date with market intelligence and utilising this knowledge to better improve service and product offering.
  • Keen to learn about First Response Finance allowing you to have excellent knowledge of our product offering and service.
