Regional Administration Manager - The Role
The Regional Administration Manager will act as the main liaison between stakeholders and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication, professional service delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role will oversee administrative operations across the region, maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards. The manager will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and service enhancement, supporting continuous improvement and innovation. With a hands-on, can-do attitude, they will foster a collaborative work environment, promote company values, and ensure consistent excellence in administrative support.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience of managing efficient teams of administrators in a similar environment
- Good verbal communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area
- Previous experience in administrative roles
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- High standard of literacy skills
- Proven track record in planning, organisation and time management
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as a team
- Can Do attitude
- Experience of leading and managing a small team of people
- Basic financial acumen
- Self motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
