Job Overview
As an Account Manager for LKQ Leisure and Marine, you will be specifically accountable for delivering exceptional customer service across our business network’s existing and a potential customer base, while maximising profitable. As an industry expert you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships in your targeted territory. Reporting directing to the Head of Channel and delivering growth

Key Responsibilities
Deliver LKQ Leisure and Marine’s propositions to grow sales across all product categories
Creating strong leads and opportunities for all of LKQ Leisure and Marine channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity internally and externally
Identifying and developing existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within specific geographical areas
Conducting customer account reviews on a regular basis, with a focus on monthly spend, margin, credits, terms, maximising key product group opportunities and potential spend
Develop positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the L&M aftermarket
Participate in regional business specific customer events
Attend national and local training events
Visibly promote LKQ Euro Car Parts group values and act as an ambassador for the organisation
Skills And Experience
Having a customer focused mindset ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do
Ability to work to deadlines
Have a “right first time” and committed attitude
Proven effective planning and organisational skills
Self-critical and challenging of the status quo
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Proven effective communication skills, a confident cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence
